Behind every strong spike is a stronger backbone. The Hatkeshwar Nath Volleyball Sangh Raipur is guided by an elected committee of passionate members — former players, coaches, referees and patrons of the sport who have dedicated their time to the growth of volleyball in Chhattisgarh.

Our committee meets regularly to plan tournaments, approve budgets, mentor young athletes, and coordinate with the state and national federations. Every decision — from selecting the tournament venue to purchasing new nets for practice — is made collectively, with the game and its players at the centre.
